Reed
Prescott just got back to NY from a 6 month tour as one
of The 12 Irish Tenors – which he finds
hilarious because he’s Jewish and a Baritone. NY
credits include the sold-out NYMF show Oedipus For
Kids!, GLAAD nominated Kiss and Cry
and The Holy Shit Show at the Public Theatre. Regional:
Deathtrap, Advice From a Caterpillar,
Little Shop, Sweeney Todd, and The
Seagull (to name a few). Reed was an original cast
member of Bare – a pop opera and played
Bobby in the West Coast premier of Stephen Sondheim’s
Saturday Night at the Pasadena Playhouse. TV
audiences may have seen Reed as one of the final 12 “Danny’s”
on GREASE: You’re The One That I Want.
He also appeared on One Life To Live, Sabrina
the Teenage Witch and Southpark. Film credits
include The Virgin Larry (with Stephanie Block),
Neverland, and a film adaptation of the play

RICHARD
P. BUTLER
Santa Claus, Elfie, Snowy Johnson
Richard P. Butler last appeared
as Santa Claus in Naked Holidays NYC at The Gene
Frankel Theater. He was also seen as the evil prison matron
Mother in Girl Gang in last year’s New York
Musical Theater Festival, and as the evil plant Mistletoe
in Christmas Interruptus at the Producers Club
(he’s been doing a lot of “evil” lately,
it seems). He also appeared in the New York productions
of Christmas With the Jollies, The Land of
Fake Believe, and Aloha, Roadkill! Outside
the big city, he has appeared in productions of Sweeney
Todd, Camelot, Big River, Assassins,
Blood Brothers, Merrily We Roll Along,
and many others. Richard also toured in the TheaterWorks
USA productions of The Secret Garden and Phantom
of the Opera. Richard earned his BFA in Theater Arts
at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
As always, Richard dedicates his work on this show to
the loving memory of his parents, Bill and Mary Corita.
He currently resides in New Jersey. Special thanks to

Jennifer
Harrison is thrilled to be working with the Butler Brothers
again. She recently became a proud member of Actors’
Equity and loves calling New York City home. Jennifer’s
favorite shows include Thoroughly Modern Millie,
Nunsense, Annie, and Godspell.
She wishes to thank her family, friends, and Tom for their
unending love and support. |
ALLISON
JOHNSON

Allison
Johnson graduated from Purchase College's Acting Conservatory
program and has been trained in voice using Speech Level
Singing Technique. She recently portrayed the lead role
in the rock musical Attorney for the Damned,
which was received very well in the NY Times. She also
wrote, produced, and directed her one-woman show, The
Self Rose, which was performed at the Duplex Cabaret
Theatre. She performed as Luciana in A Comedy of Errors
with Theatreworks, which toured throughout the Colorado
region. Other favorite roles include Henriette in Learned
Ladies, Masha in The Seagull, and Lucy Harris
in Jekyll & Hyde. She currently performs
Improv shows on the election process, peer pressure, and
story building for school assembly programs in the tri-state
area, which she enjoys very much! |
MARK
WILLIAM BUTLER
Writer/Director
Mark has written two musicals:
A Very Creamy Christmas (a/k/a Christmas
Interruptus), which was selected for the 2006 Midtown
International Theatre Festival (NYC), and Cheezy Beach,
which had a run at the Trocadero Cabaret Theater. His
two plays, The Nickname Fairy (2006) and Football
Game (2007) were finalists in the 8 Minute Madness
Play Festival (Turtleshell Productions). His work was
featured in Naked Holidays NYC at The Gene Frankel Theater
in 2007. Several of his pieces were also featured in Coffee
House: The Writers (2006), at D-Lounge (Daryl
Roth Theatre). He has also written five musical comedy
revues, most notably the critically acclaimed The
Land of Fake Believe, which was staged at Caroline’s
On Broadway. His other revues, as well as his numerous
sketch comedy shows, have played such other venues as
Danny’s Skylight Room, Don’t Tell Mama, The
Duplex, The Producer’s Club, The Red Room, and The
St. Mark’s Playhouse, all in New York. Mark co-wrote
a dinner theater murder mystery, Audition For Murder,
which ran for a year at the legendary Sardi’s Restaurant,
and produced and contributed to a production of one-act
plays, Attack of the One Acts. His short story,
Cool and Clean and Crisp, was published in the
Best American Erotica book series. He would like to thank
his brother Richard, and he dedicates this show to the
loving memory of his parents, Mary Corita and The Cool
Breeze, who are watching from the balcony, as always. |
JOEL
RIEKE
Musical
Director
Joel Rieke is a writer,
performer, producer and musical director. He is a midwesterner
by breed and a graduate of Kent State University in Kent,
Ohio. His original musical So, Here's the Thing...
debuted at the Lyceum Theater in San Diego in 2005. Joel
has played many a rock club in addition to working as
music director/bandleader throughout the world. He has
also worked as assistant music coordinator on several
Broadway and off-Broadway shows and tours. Joel is currently
at work on an original album and an as-yet untitled indie
rock opera. |
